central gem with quick access to parks and landmarks

during my stay in a deluxe double room with balcony, I loved that it was just a short stroll to Parco Puccini, making my walks delightful, and exploring the majestic Cathedral of Saint Zeno was a breeze too, showing just how convenient the area is for city strolls.

this hotel was such a great stay! we had an amazin time in a really nice room with a beautiful view. the swimming pool was huge and had plenty of sunbeds. they even had a shuttle taxi to get to the city center which was super handy. breakfast was really good too, best i had in italy!

i did have a couple issues tho, the air conditioning didn't work great and it sometimes got a lil hot in the room. also, the internet was super spotty, i had to use my phone as a hotspot.

Great restaurant and a beautiful pool, but breakfast options were limited.

Stunning views and great staff

Waking up each morning to breathtaking views of the surrounding hills was a highlight of our stay. The large swimming pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Pistoia, and the staff consistently provided excellent service. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor restaurant, which offered delicious local dishes and a fine selection of wines.

The pool opening times leave much to be desired!!! Inconsistent air conditioning is frustrating when trying to sleep!!! The distance to central attractions is inconvenient for those without a car!!!

Our first stay in Tuscany was unforgettable. The room was immaculate and spacious, featuring a delightful balcony for morning coffee. Breakfast offered a generous spread daily, including fresh pastries. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home.

Spent a night in a spacious room with a fabulous balcony view, and the dinner was a real treat. The outdoor pool and garden area were perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Just keep in mind that the pool closes a bit early, so plan accordingly! 🌞

The spacious room was well-maintained and included a sizable balcony, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Breakfast offered a delightful variety, featuring a selection of classic American dishes alongside freshly baked pastries, all served in a pleasantly uncrowded setting. I found some furnishings slightly outdated, and while the air conditioning worked well, it could be inconsistent at times, which affected comfort during warm days.

the villa was a beautiful escape! the deluxe double room with balcony was spacious, and waking up to serene garden views was a joy. the outdoor restaurant served incredible dishes in a lovely atmosphere. there's a fantastic pool area too, well-kept and perfect for relaxing after a day of enjoying the nearby city.

The hotel provided a delightful stay with a relaxing outdoor pool and a fantastic garden area to unwind. I spent my evenings soaking up the sun by the pool and enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony, which added a nice touch. The breakfast had some minor hiccups with supplies, but overall, it was a great experience! ☀️
